I don't know about yours specifically but certainly you can get books re-sent to Kindle if bought previously and on one occasion I did see notice that novella I bought had been revised and suggestion to re-download.
Edit: may depend on whether the ASIN remains the same between the original Kindle ebook & its revised edition.
